American Summer provides event photography, event videography, conference coverage, brand activations, and mission-driven storytelling for companies and organizations. We also offer video deliverables like recap films, interviews, testimonials, and social-ready highlight clips.

Yes. American Summer operates nationwide and travels for events of all sizes. If your event has a schedule, a story, and a standard to meet—we’ll build a plan and show up prepared.


Do you charge travel fees?

When it comes to travel, it is ‘rate + room’. We charge our hourly or day rate plus rooms for whoever will be on site. Anything past that is included and you won’t have to worry about it. This includes flights, meals, rental cars, luggage fees and more,


Do you offer same-day edits for photos or video?

Yes—when it makes sense for your event. Same-day edits are great for press, keynote highlights, sponsor deliverables, or next-morning social posts. Availability depends on scope and schedule, so please let us know during the planning process and we’ll confirm the exact deliverable list before the event.


Our standard deliverables are fully edited, presentation-ready photos and finished video assets. If RAW files are needed for internal archiving or long-term brand use, we can add them for an additional fee to cover transfer, organization, and storage.

How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?

Turnaround depends on scope, but we prioritize momentum—because content is most valuable while the event is still fresh. Photography: 5–10 business days. Video deliverables: 10–20 business days. If you have a deadline (sponsor follow-ups, press, internal comms), tell us during planning and we’ll build the delivery plan around it.


How far in advance should we book you for our event?

As soon as you have your event date and location confirmed, you can reach out to start the process. We’ll confirm scope and availability, then send your agreement and invoice.

Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
